Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 for the Braidwood aged care unit.
You will provide advanced nursing care, lead infection prevention, and mentor staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
You will drive evidence-based practice, participate in quality improvement, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
