Manage rostering and wage forecasting

About you
Experience working in a similar position in a venue of similar standards
Experience working across several sections with flexible working abilities
Wine knowledge and education preferred but not essential
Positive and vivacious personality
Punctual and presentable
Experience with rostering and spreadsheet management
Ability to enjoy being part of a small team
