The role supports Registered Nurses and care staff in clinical management, delivering quality care and maintaining high standards.
You will lead and contribute to a positive, inclusive work setting, oversee care plans, and liaise with doctors and health professionals to ensure residents receive timely, person-centred care.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
