Gateway Health in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong AOD nursing background to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the Northeast Victoria region.
You will screen, assess, plan treatment, prescribe, and refer, working with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen integrated care in the community.
