We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Professional to join our Property Management team as aLeasing & Administration Officer.
You're an organised professional who:
Has strong customer service and administration skills
Is reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively
Takes initiative, follows tasks through to completion and works well both independently and as part of a supportive team
Can confidently answer incoming phone calls, greet walk-in clients and provide a welcoming first point of contact at reception
Can provide skilled administrative support to the Property Management team and communicate professionally with landlords, tenants and applicants
Is willing to learn the property leasing including processing tenancy applications, conducting reference checks and assisting with vacancy management and marketing coordination
Understands the importance of legislation, compliance and accurate record-keeping
A current QLD Real Estate Licence and current drivers licence are highly desirable
Salary
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based incentives.
