Barwon Health's Fetal Medicine Unit is seeking a Registered Midwife to support women and families through pregnancy with a focus on coordinated, woman-centred care.
You will triage and coordinate referrals and appointments, liaise with women to arrange their care, and respond to phone calls and messages.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and culturally appropriate services, ensuring continuity of care and excellent patient experience.
