Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ team, drive the Best Experience, and ensure safety culture while reporting to Site Managers in a busy retail setting.
Responsibilities include training, performance management, and building solid supplier relationships, with a 1 in 3 weekend roster and occasional public holiday work.
