You will be based on-site at our Nambucca Heads NSW **** location, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing
Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, efficient service at the café and service station counter
Taking customer orders accurately and preparing food and beverages to the required standard
Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments securely and accurately
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including the kitchen, café, and service areas
Restocking supplies and ensuring shelves and displays are well-organised and appealing
Preparing sandwiches, hot food items, and other café offerings to order with attention to quality and presentation
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours
Experience in food preparation or kitchen work, ideally in a café or hospitality setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work casual shifts as required
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
Desirable: Food handling certifications or previous experience in a similar role
