About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team.
As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll help them identify the right products and solutions for their needs while also supporting the day-to-day operation of the Dubbo branch.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, ongoing customer relationships
Support a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the Service Department, Project Sales, and surrounding branches and departments
Assisting customers with irrigation, pump, pipe, fittings, water and agricultural product enquiries
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions
Processing retail sales, customer orders and invoices using point of sale and financial systems
Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stocktakes
About You
You will have:
Strong retail sales and customer service experience
Experience within the irrigation, water or agricultural industry
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities




Experience with point of sale, inventory or ERP/financial systems
A positive and proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
A current valid driver's licence
