The Role:
We're offering apermanent full-time positionstarting inearly ****for a physiotherapist to join ourNew Graduate Program– a program we've refined over the past8 years.This program isspecialised to new gradsand dedicated to you becoming thebest physio you can be.

Here's what you can expect:
Intensive two-week orientation– no patients, just getting your head around private practice.
A period ofbridging that daunting gap between uni and clinical practice.
Gentle transition into treatment– starting with60-minute appointments, reduced only whenyou feel ready.




Four hours of dedicated 1:1 mentoring per week– 2 x clinical training session, 1 x clinical mentoring session, and weekly team in-services.
This continues for aminimum of 3 years, withspecialisation and leadership pathwaysavailable in further years.
Exposure across the WHOLE physio spectrum– Due to ourunique locationwe treat across thefull spectrum of physiotherapy services.Which means you get exposure tomusculoskeletal, rehab, Pilates/exercise classes, women's health, vestibular, paediatrics, headaches & moreand you'renot locked into a specific areaof physiotherapy early in your career.
Cutting Edge Assessment Tools– deliver outstanding care with all thetech and toolsyou could ever need.
We have afully equipped gym, Pilates studio and VALD assessment technology.

Requirements:
Eligible for Australian Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA
