Rogers Construction Group (RCG) is a privately owned Sydney-based commercial construction company delivering projects across NSW, VIC, SA & QLD with offices in Bella Vista, Wollongong, Melbourne and has recently expanded into Adelaide.

We specialise in Education, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Social and Government Housing, Government, Industrial, Corporate and Retail projects up to $20m. Our business is experiencing significant, controlled growth, built on strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering quality outcomes.

The role
n
You'll lead projects from $2m up to $20m across the Greater Sydney region, taking full ownership of planning, budgets, program and delivery. You'll build and lead the project team, select subcontractors and be the key relationship for clients, partners and contractors from start to completion.
n
Many of our projects are in sectors like education and aged care, where strong client relationships and a careful approach to occupied environments make all the difference.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Developing project plans and budgets that align with project goals
n
Selecting subcontractors and building the project team
n
Managing progress, program and budget through to completion
n
Coordinating procurement of materials and equipment
n
Reviewing and approving designs and construction plans
n
Ensuring compliance with building codes, permits and WHS regulations
n
Making sure work is delivered on time,



on budget and to RCG's quality standard
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and contractors
n
Leading, guiding and supporting your project team, including ongoing safety training
n
n

About you
n
You're a confident decision maker who stays steady under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail. You know that great projects are built on great relationships, and you want to grow with a business that will invest in you.

Essential:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management
n
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
n
Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines on multiple projects at once
n
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
n
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Proficiency in project management software and tools
n
