An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Test Engineer to join a large organisation within the resources sector, supporting the delivery of a major technical program.
The successful candidate will play a key role across the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case development, test execution and acceptance testing activities. Working closely with internal technical teams and external suppliers, you'll help ensure testing activities are completed effectively and key program deliverables are achieved.
You'll be responsible for reviewing test results, reporting on testing progress, retesting defects and identifying appropriate testing approaches to support project requirements. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can take ownership of their work, apply sound judgement and adapt quickly to different tools, technologies and environments.
This opportunity would suit a proactive and adaptable Test Engineer with approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a wider technical team. The initial six‐month contract has a strong likelihood of extension, with potential opportunities to contribute to other areas of the business as project requirements evolve.
