THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a high-energy Club Manager who can take ownership of performance, culture, and growth.
You'll be the face of the club. The leader. The driver of results.
This role suits someone who:

HOURS (FULL TIME – 38 HOURS)
Monday to Thursday:
10:00am – 2:00pm & 3:00pm – 7:30pm
Friday:
10:00am – 2:00pm
Structured hours. No late nights. No weekends required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Driving
membership sales and hitting weekly KPIs
Following up leads, booking appointments, and closing deals
Creating an
elite member experience
from first contact to long-term retention
Leading and managing staff and personal trainers
Building a solid
club culture and community presence
Executing local marketing and outreach strategies
Maintaining high standards across the club
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need to come from the fitness industry.
But you DO need to be:

Confident in sales and comfortable closing
A natural communicator who builds trust fast
Organised, proactive, and accountable
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
Experience in
sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
is highly regarded.
