Duties:
Armed with a league of support including a Leasing Executive, the Accounts team and an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for
Day to day management of ********* properties
Coordinating duties for your POD
Undertake routine and final inspections
Rental increases and lease renewals
Dispute resolution and NCAT if needed




You are welcome to source New Business for additional commission (but this duty is not a requirement)
Specific requirements:
Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:
Capability to autonomously manage a residential portfolio
A current Real Estate License or Certificate
A car and drivers licence
