Benchmark Resourcing is seeking a Production Manager for a third generation beef supplier in Melbourne. You will lead 75 workers in the boning room, plus oversee safety, HR, RTW, planning and financials with training provided as needed.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive production efficiency, cost management and a culture of excellence across processing, with a focus on WHS and HACCP standards.
