About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to be the
friendly first point of contact
for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
n
As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Being the
first point of contact
for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
n
Assisting the
Customer Service Team
to deliver a great client experience
n
Responding to customer enquiries and
resolving issues and complaints
with a proactive, solution-driven approach
n




Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the
MS Office Suite and internal systems
n
Communicating clearly with
customers and colleagues
to keep things moving
n
Supporting the wider office team
across a variety of tasks as needed
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:

A
background in customer service
in a similar role
n
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
A
