n Looking for a hands-on Level 2.5 support role where you can work across different client environments, solve interesting technical problems and keep building your skills?n

$75k - $90k + Super + Phone Allowance

Perth | Client Site Visits | 40 Hours Paid Training Every Year!

nThis is a well-established Perth MSP supporting a broad mix of managed and on-demand clients.n
n
n You'll join an experienced technical team, working across Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure while getting exposure to troubleshooting, proactive maintenance and project work.n
n
nThe role will involve some client site visits mainly across the Perth metro area. WFH flexibility is available when needed, but this isn't a regular hybrid arrangement.n
n

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n




Providing Level 2.5 technical support across multiple client environments
n
Troubleshooting desktop, server, network and cybersecurity issues
n
Handling incidents, service requests, change requests and installations
n
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
n
Monitoring and maintaining client systems
n
Troubleshooting recurring technical problems and identifying root causes
n
Assisting with server infrastructure upgrades and network configurations
n
Supporting backup, recovery and VPN requirements
n
Getting involved in client onboarding and technical project work
n
Visiting client sites, predominantly across the Perth metro area
n
Keeping tickets, timesheets and technical documentation accurate and up to date
n
Participating in the weekend on-call roster
n
Assisting with after-hours on-site support when required
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Around 2-4 years' experience in a hands-on IT support role, or equivalent experience
n
Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration
n
Experience across networking and general IT infrastructure
n
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
n




Great communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
n
A well-organised approach and ability to manage competing priorities
n
MSP experience would be highly regarded
n
Microsoft certifications would be a bonus
n
A genuine interest in continuing to learn and develop technically
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for client site visits
n
