Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-focused intervention plans;
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions that support rehabilitation, reablement and functional independence;
Monitor client outcomes and adapt interventions in response to changing needs;
Support clients to maintain independence and continue living safely within their community;
Assess mobility, transfers,



balance and falls-related risks.
Key Selection Criteria (complete list via the Position Description)
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy;
Demonstrated clinical assessment and intervention skills relevant to community physiotherapy practice;
Knowledge of rehabilitation, reablement, mobility assessment and falls prevention principles;
Ability to work independently within a community setting.
