About the Role:
The rent roll currently sits at approximately 350 properties, managed by a Senior Property Manager with support. This role will allow the portfolio to be split in half while supporting the continued growth of the business.
The portfolio is approximately 60% industrial, with the remainder a mix of commercial, office and retail.
You will manage all aspects of commercial property management, including:
Managing your own portfolio of commercial properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
Maintenance, repairs and contractor management
Inspections, compliance and general tenancy management
Landlord and tenant communication

About You:
We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager with between 3-5 years' experience who is energetic, enthusiastic and keen to grow with the business.
You will ideally have:
Commercial property management experience, with industrial experience highly regarded
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, positive attitude
Cirrus8 experience – a huge bonus
Agent's Representative Certificate
Current driver's licence
