What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer service
Drive sales performance, deliver on profitability targets
Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and efficiency
Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, apprentices, and support staff




Manage recruitment, training, and performance across your teamMaintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance with policies and legislation
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through trust and transparency
Oversee workshop quality control, customer satisfaction, and audit performance
What You Bring
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology
(or equivalent)
Valid driver's licence
and relevant state-based repair certification
Store or workshop management experience
(2–3 years preferred, however not essential)
Strong
leadership, sales, and customer service
skills
Mechanical and tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles (highly regarded)
