St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Grade 3 Clinical Social Worker for Residential Aged Care. The role covers Berengarra, Prague House and Auburn House with cross-campus responsibility across SVHM RACFs.
You will provide advanced social work services to residents and families, lead clinical decisions, and support multidisciplinary teams. The role offers superb development support and ongoing supervision.
