The Role
n As the first point of contact you'll effectively manage inbound calls, gathering, and documenting information taking end-to-end ownership of each call and providing prompt solutions. You'll be liaising with a range of stakeholders as you prioritise jobs, escalate urgent issues and provide ongoing feedback to all stakeholders, constructively dealing with issues while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

n This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, on a rotating full time roster between the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm.

About you
n We're looking for confident, friendly individuals with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, who have a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
n Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within a call centre environment. Robust background in retail, hospitality or supermarket environments will also be viewed favourably.
