You will lead a team of 6, balancing 60% office work with 40% field activity, including training newer staff and running your own small field trial program.
Travel to regional offices is required.
Ideal candidates have agronomy knowledge, field trial/R&D; experience, and a degree in Agriculture, Business or Commerce.
