You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across in person, phone and email, and collaborating with retailers and centre teams to resolve issues and enhance the visitor experience.
You are an outgoing, solution‐focused communicator with solid organisational skills, comfortable with POS, PMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
