Employment Hero is seeking a founding Product Owner for the Hero Foundation Squad in ANZ.
You will lead the execution of a strategic product roadmap focused on platform customization for candidate acquisition, onboarding, and employer engagement, working with key stakeholders to optimise conversion funnels.
You will collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and Technical Architects to deliver user-centric UX designs while managing dependencies with Legal, Security, and Profile
