BelgraviaPRO is hiring a hands-on Head Chef to lead the South Stradbroke Island campground cafe, bar and restaurant.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will run the hospitality operations, manage budgets and staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a busy, food-focused workplace.
You will develop menus, oversee food production, ensure high sanitation and safety standards, and coordinate with leadership to deliver excellent service on South Stradbroke Island.
