Settlement Services International (SSI Group) invites applications for a SRSS Case Manager position based in Dandenong, Victoria.
You will deliver holistic, client-centred case management to newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers under DHA contract.
As part of a team of up to 7 case managers, you will conduct needs and risk assessments, support exit planning, and maintain accurate records in the SRSS Client Database, while upholding SSI policies and collaborating with the team.
