What you'll be doing:
Run the store day-to-day while taking ownership of operations
Lead, coach and develop your team
Deliver great customer service and store standards
Manage rosters, payroll, stock and cash handling
Drive sales, targets and store performance
Work independently for large parts of your shift
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards

Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
