Experienced Service Advisor / Tyre Fitter / Mechanic
UBER TYRES PTY LTD is seeking an
3X Experienced Service Advisor / 3X Tyre Fitter / 3X Mechanic
to join our team at our Rutherford, NSW location. This is a
full-time position
where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing vehicles with a focus on tyre services and general automotive maintenance. Your expertise will directly contribute to our reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in the automotive trades industry.
Key responsibilities
Provide skilled service advice to customers, assessing their vehicle needs and recommending appropriate tyre and mechanical solutions
Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and replacement services to the highest industry standards
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake inspections, fluid checks, and general mechanical work
Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify any safety or maintenance issues that require customer attention
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed
Ensure all tools, equipment and work areas are kept clean, organised and well-maintained
Build and maintain robust customer relationships by delivering reliable service and professional communication
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies whilst working on vehicles
Keep up to date with industry best practices and new tyre and mechanical technologies
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a service advisor, tyre fitter, or mechanic within the automotive trades industry
Sound knowledge of tyre types, specifications,



fitting procedures and vehicle safety standards
Competence in general vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
Current or recent experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to the Rutherford location
Experience with automotive service management systems (preferred)
