We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated AHA to join our team across the Northern Suburbs, supporting NDIS participants in home settings. This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured support environments. A genuine commitment to participant-centred care is essential, along with strong documentation skills, clear communication, and consistency of support.
Key responsibilities
Support participants with their daily needs
Maintain transparent, accurate, and timely shift notes and reporting
Follow behaviour support strategies and care plans
Work collaboratively with the broader care team
About you
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Certificate III in AHA
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
Supportive team environment with clear expectations and guidance
