Your Role as Store Manager
n
As our Store Manager at Como, you'll take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, commercial performance and team culture.
n
You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, creates an engaging environment and ensures every customer receives the exceptional Koko Black experience we're known for.
n
You'll:

Lead and inspire
– create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
n
Coach and develop
– recruit, train and support your team to grow their skills and confidence
n
Drive commercial performance
– take ownership of sales targets, budgets, labour and key performance indicators
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
– lead by example and create memorable Koko Moments
n
Own store operations
– oversee rostering, stock management,



inventory, compliance and daily store performance
n
Maintain premium standards
– ensure exceptional visual merchandising, product presentation and store cleanliness
n
Build team engagement
– celebrate successes, provide meaningful feedback and create an environment where your team can thrive
n
Lead with accountability

About You
n
We're looking for someone who brings:
n
n
Previous Store Manager experience or strong Assistant Store Manager experience with a readiness to take the next step
n
A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing retail teams
n
Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing sales, budgets, labour and store performance
n
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others
n
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
Experience in premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused workplace would be highly regarded
n
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards
n
Flexibility to work a roster including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
n
And of course... a love of chocolate!
