Gemba is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting, treasury and financial operations across APAC and EMEA. This hands-on role reports to the COO and partners with the Executive Leadership Team to drive accurate reporting, tax, compliance and audit.
You will manage budgets, reforecasts and board reporting, identify margin gains and cost efficiencies, and drive a continuous improvement culture in the accounting team. A key element is implementing a recent Finance system across global teams.
