Reporting to the Services Manager, your role as a Resource Coordinator will encompass the following duties:
Resource Management
: Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles to projects based on requirements, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
Coordination
: Work closely with department heads to forecast resource needs and develop comprehensive resource allocation plans.
Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
Communication
: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
About You
Previous experience gained in a Resource Coordination role or similar role within the Mining and Resource industry.




Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a workforce
Ability to Plan, use initiative and critical thinking
Forecast 16wks ahead
Adaptable to Change
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
Strong Excel Skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Team player and capable of working autonomously
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Mining systems experience, ERMS, SPEAR, Roster Manager, Pegasus – desirable
