We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Support Consultant
to provide ongoing application support across
ECP
.
This is a
support-focused role
, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain stable, effective and aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
BAU support
across SAP SuccessFactors ECP module
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
Perform
configuration changes and minor enhancements
.
Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.




Manage support requests through to resolution.
Maintain transparent documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with
SAP SuccessFactors ECP
.
Proven experience in
SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments
.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with
configuration and system enhancements
.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Available to start at short notice.
