$94,***** - $103,****** gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System ****) and Award increases of 4% in ******* and 4% in *********.
Full time - 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.
Are you passionate about empowering local businesses, driving regional economic growth, and bringing data to life to help tell a story? QPRC is recruiting for this new position to join our Economic Development and Marketing team.
In this role you will:
Identify the right training for local businesses, and organise workshops, networking events and coordinate our Business Awards program.
Work on projects to attract business investment to the region and implement 'shop local' retail industry support programs.
Develop and implement a communications plan for our team to reach local businesses, including writing and distributing newsletters, and managing our CRM.




Support a diverse range of industries, including contributing to the administration and operations of the Braidwood Saleyards.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a relevant bachelor's degree and experience applying their knowledge in areas such as business, marketing, tourism or similar.
Understands the opportunities and challenges for small-medium businesses and is a strong communicator and collaborator.
Can understand and interpret economic and demographic data to support effective decision making.
Is 'hands on' and prepared to take on unexpected economic development projects across a range of industries.
