To be successful you must have:
Exceptional cash handling skills, including the ability to reconcile cash/EFTPOSterminals with accuracy.
The ability to managea shift in a rapid-paced environment and maintain staff motivation& initiative levels during non-service periods.
An outgoing and friendly personality.
A minimum of 2yearsrelevant experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of wine (local& imported).




The ability to demonstrate skills & knowledge,& train staff in Bar Tending Skills (Tap Beer, Service, Cocktail Making).
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to develop & maintain relationships with our regular friendly locals.
Immaculate presentation & reliability.
Experience working within a sporting venue.
Basic understanding of TV/AV systems.
Experience using H&L.;
Sound coffee knowledge &basic; barista skills.
