Anglicare Central Queensland Limited is seeking a Support Facilitator to join the Barcaldine/Longreach team.
The role provides assertive outreach and psychosocial support to highly vulnerable participants who have experienced suicide attempts or crises, in a full time fixed-term position.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, families, and carers; delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented support; and facilitating referrals to community services as needed.
