The Team & Role
Join a highly skilled and collaborative Counselling Service team delivering evidence-based mental health support across our Community Health sites.
In this rewarding leadership role, you'll provide both clinical and operational oversight, supporting psychologists and social workers to deliver safe, high-quality care while fostering clinical excellence, robust governance, and meaningful partnerships that improve outcomes for our community.
Skills & Experience Required
Registered Psychologist with AHPRA




Board Approved Supervisor (Psychology)
AHPRA Endorsement in a relevant area of practice
Minimum 8 years' experience working as a generally registered psychologist and/or providing counselling services
Extensive clinical knowledge, skills and experience in psychological interventions.
Broad understanding of a range of therapeutic approaches that are applicable to community health setting.
Working knowledge of relevant legislations.
Demonstrated effective leadership, management and supervision of clinicians and in managing levels of risk associated with counselling clients
Experience working with vulnerable client groups, particularly those with complex issues including family violence, substance use, and child safety issues.
Post graduate qualifications in a relevant field
