The Role
Are you an energetic and execution-focused marketing skilled ready to lead high-impact trade and channel initiatives?
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will drive and manage Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activities across Australia's retail, builder, and kitchen specialist channels.
Working in tandem with senior marketing leadership, you will oversee end-to-end channel strategies that elevate brand visibility, build partner advocacy, and accelerate sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Marketing: Designing and executing consumer-facing campaigns through trade partner channels to build brand equity and drive consumer conversion.
Trade Partner Enablement: Securing trade advocacy and growing market share by delivering high-impact POS materials, sales tools, partner communications, and product launch activations.
Strategy & Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and operational delivery of co-marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and in-store activations across key retail, builder, and specialist partners.
Trade Enablement & POS: Oversee the creation and rollout of point-of-sale (POS) displays, sales support collateral, partner communications, and launch toolkits to drive brand preference.
Performance & Reporting: Track,



analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and channel effectiveness to continually refine strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local and global sales, marketing, and brand teams to ensure seamless channel alignment and commercial success.
Partner Support: Serve as a key marketing contact for trade partners to ensure consistent, premium brand presentation across all touchpoints.
About You
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Marketing Execution within a retail, consumer goods, or trade environment.
Skillset: Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities, top-tier attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Domain Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of POS delivery, promotional campaign rollouts, in-store activations, and partner coordination.
Mindset: A proactive, commercially minded team player who excels at turning strategy into flawless execution.
