Barwon Water is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary and Legal Counsel to lead governance and provide strategic legal counsel across the organisation in Geelong, Victoria.
You will manage board secretariat functions, drive governance improvements and advise on complex contracts and regulatory matters.
You will work closely with the Company Secretary / General Counsel, executives and regulators to ensure compliance, sound decision-making and responsible leadership.
