About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, play‐based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Foster children's development through intentional teaching, inquiry‐based learning, and meaningful interactions
Build strong partnerships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community
Support and mentor educators to achieve high‐quality learning outcomes
Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Support the centre's journey toward exceeding the National Quality Standard
About You
You will bring:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‐approved equivalent qualification
Current teacher registration (where applicable)




A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning
Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
A commitment to creating safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
