Job Description
About the Role
Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth, efficient service
Prepare and cook a range of
Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menu concepts and daily specials
Maintain
high standards of presentation, consistency, and flavour
Help train and support junior kitchen staff
Ensure food safety,



hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu updates
You'll be working in a
fast-paced, creative kitchen
where quality and innovation come first.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie
or solid
Chef
ready to step up
A genuine love of
Asian cuisine
, especially
Japanese and Korean
A flair for
plating, flavour balance, and presentation
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
A commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity
Availability for a mix of
day, night, and weekend shifts
Hold a valid
Food Safety Certificate
Have full working rights in Australia
