What You'll Be Doing:




Supporting insurance policy and claims management activities
Preparing claims briefs and coordinating defence packages
Managing records administration and maintaining accurate documentation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Providing exceptional customer service and professional communication
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when required
Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
What We're Looking For:
Experience in administration and records management
Strong systems knowledge and excellent attention to detail
Insurance and/or claims management experience
Understanding of risk and compliance principles
Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
