Key Responsibilities
Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Qualifications
Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and people skills
Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life.
Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
No prior insurance experience is required.
Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
