We're looking for an experienced and safety-focused Yard Loader/Driver to join our team at Maldon, NSW.
In this hands-on role, you'll spend your day operating a front-end loader, moving and loading materials around the yard and undertaking driving duties to help keep our operations moving.
You'll be part of a supportive site team where safety comes first.

Your day will involve:
Safe operation of a front-end loader to load, move and manage materials around the site
Driving duties as required, ensuring safe and timely movement of materials and deliveries
Completing daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the yard and plant
Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
General yard housekeeping and basic maintenance
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure safe and efficient site operations
What are we looking for?
Experience operating a front-end loader is highly regarded
Current driver's licence and relevant heavy vehicle licence for the driving component of the role
A strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy operational environment
Flexibility and willingness to assist across a range of yard and plant duties as required
Experience within the concrete, quarrying,



construction or heavy industry sectors will be highly regarded
