Bland Shire Council in NSW is seeking a Leading Hand - Rural to assist in maintenance and construction of Council infrastructure including roads, parks, reserves, cemeteries, and sewerage works.
This in office role involves hands-on supervision and coordination across multiple sites.
We offer a family‐oriented culture, opportunities for salary progression, 5 weeks annual leave, long service leave after 5 years, PPE supplied, and penalties for overtime when required.
