You will provide evidence-based treatment, family-focused support and integrated care alongside Royal Darwin Hospital and GPs, working with a multidisciplinary team to help young people access timely services.
You will deliver assessments, care planning and crisis support while engaging families and ensuring culturally protected care for Aboriginal youth.
