This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping young people grow in confidence, develop greater independence and get more out of everyday life.

Support social and emotional development
Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support
Build positive relationships with young people, families, carers and other professionals
Who are we looking for?

vulnerable children or young people
is essential.
You'll also need to be flexible, positive, creative and, above all,
a strong communicator who can approach young people with empathy and patience.

is desirable rather than listed as essential.
This isn't a role where you simply turn up and get through a shift.
It's about becoming someone young people can rely on.
