VOCUS is seeking a Data Centre Operator to manage day-to-day operations at our Melbourne data centres.
You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle remote hands, and support emergency response and client service delivery within the facilities.
Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, coordinating with Telcos and vendors, and assisting in maintenance, documentation, and site security.
A 24/7 on-call rotation may be required.
