****Key Responsibilities:*** Own the project execution, driving the functional and technical vision of the solution from ideation to production.
* Design, size, and build innovative and enterprise-scalable solution architectures based on business needs and drivers.
* Be the senior technical player on the team, participate hands-on in development activities, and be responsible for the overall technical quality of the solution.
* Mentor the team of OutSystems', customers', and partners' resources on architecture and development best practices.
* Influence the direction of the solution based on expertise in OutSystems and other technologies.
* Align with the customer to ensure all impediments and dependencies are resolved.
* Work closely with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, and the customer organization to understand business requirements and strategic vision.
* Grow the technical ability of the professional services team through contributions to technical practices, e.g., documentation, sample applications, blog posts, and speaker events.
**Minimum qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

* 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
* Experience in web or mobile application development, project delivery practices, solution design, architecture patterns, and application performance.

* Ability to execute technical projects at the global scale, across multiple teams and timezones.
